SMURFIT KAPPA, a lasting partnership

Since the end of 2020, CAPTRAIN France has been carrying out a third rotation per week to transport wood between the Grand Est region and Facture (33), where our client Smurfit Kappa's factory, a paper-based packaging manufacturing company, is located. This new rotation completes our service which includes the management of a "wood hub" in Lérouville to load goods from several sites in the Grand Est region. Trains can reach up to 22 double wagons or 620 meters for a total mass of around 1,900 TBR.
