Trainer
At CAPTRAIN France Formation, you design and deliver theoretical input and also supervise field work. You also oversee future train drivers during their simulator sessions. In charge of a specific group of trainees, you carry out appraisals and assessments and also play a key role in drawing up new training programs.

- No major safety incidents on your CV
